Registration fees
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

** Student registration is available for those studying (to the completion of research degree) who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to apsa-ascept2017@expertevents.com.au or fax to +61 7 3848 2133.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- Delegate satchel
- Welcome reception ticket (1)
- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Tickets to the meeting dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
Register online
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to pay via direct debit or cheque. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Payment of registration fees
Payment may be made by:
* Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
* EFT payments – please refer to banking details on your tax invoice.
* Cheque – please make payable to: APSA-ASCEPT Joint Scientific Meeting
All payments must be in Australian dollars.
Note: Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Tuesday 31 October 2017 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Registration fees will not be refunded after Tuesday, 31 October 2017 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the APSA-ASCEPT meeting secretariat is advised in writing.
