Accommodation bookings have now closed.
The below accommodation rates have been negotiated specifically for the conference and have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates until Wednesday 30 October 2013.
Accommodation bookings for Oaks on Collins and Metro on Bank Place should be made online via the conference registration form (available in mid July 2013).
Accommodation bookings for the RACV City Club should be made directly with the venue (see details below).
Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability.

Room rates are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST does not apply to Oaks on Collins.
Arrival time: Please indicate your estimated time of arrival at the hotel on your registration form. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 6.00pm may mean that your room will be released.
Payment for accommodation: Accommodation fees are NOT charged by Expert Events. A credit card number is required at the time of booking which will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Payment is not processed until the guest checks in. If you wish the hotel to settle your account with a credit card of which you are not the signatory, you must provide written authority to the hotel to do so. You may pre-pay the full amount of your accommodation via cheque directly to the hotel within 30 days of check-in. Bookings are unable to be confirmed until your credit card details or payment are received.

Studio Executive – luxuriously appointed, self contained, New York Style Executive studio, views onto Collins St or a balcony onto St James Lane. Full kitchens, LCD TV, movies and Foxtel. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults. Rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests $44 per night.
2 Bed Cosmo Suite – beautifully appointed with 2 Queen beds, open plan kitchen and living room and state-of-the-art in-room facilities. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults. Rates are for 4 guests.

Car parking: secure public car parking (Wilsons Car Park) is available at $22 per night (as this is a public carpark, a space cannot be guaratneed) Note: Vehicle keys are required to be left with reception between 7pm and 7am – Monday to Friday. Please contact the property directly for further details after Monday 4 November 2013.
Cancellation policy: within 30 days prior to, or in the event of a no show on the date of arrival, 100% accommodation booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Security Bond: a valid Federal or State Government issued photo identification must be presented on arrival. The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges i.e. telephone calls, movies etc. This will pre-authorise the security amount of up to $150 which will be lifted off after departure. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up 7 working days and will affect the guest’s available funds balance or spending limit on their credit card.
Credit Cards: a pre-authorisation will be taken upon check in. A 1.5% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
