Registration fees
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Student registration is available for students who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to ascept2013@expertevents.com.au or fax to 07 3848 2133.
** Tickets to the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as a separate item.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- Conference satchel
- Program and abstract booklet
- Welcome reception ticket (1 ticket)
- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
Payment of registration fees
Payment may be made by:
* Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
* Cheque – please make payable to: ASCEPT
All payments must be in Australian dollars.
Note: Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday, 1 November 2013 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday, 1 November 2013 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the ASCEPT secretariat is advised in writing.
How to register
Register online
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You will also be given an Access Key which will allow you to retrieve or edit your registration details online. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to pay via cheque. We are unable to accept payment via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Registration desk
The registration desk will be located in the foyer on Level 2 of the RACV City Club. Registration desk hours:
Sunday 1 December 2013: 9.30am – 7.30pm
Monday 2 December 2013: 07.00am – 5.30pm
Tuesday 3 December 2013: 08.00am – 5.30pm
Wednesday 4 December 2013: 08.30am – 12.30pm
